- How many characters can I include?
- You can make one to six people the main characters. Add a name and a separate reference photo for each person so our AI can keep them distinct throughout the story and illustrations.
- Are my photos safe?

- How long does it take to receive my book?
- Unless unexpected issues arise, we create your book within the same day you order. Printing takes 4–7 business days. Depending on your destination, we offer multiple shipping options, including express. Specific delivery times are shown at checkout.
- What does the final book look like?
- Your book is professionally printed with approximately 50–70 pages of full-color illustrations in A5 format (5.8" × 8.3"). It has a durable casewrap hardcover, 90 gsm silk-coated interior paper, and a 130 gsm cover wrap with a matte finish.
- What kind of details should I include for the best story?
- We recommend adding as much detail as possible about every character and how they relate to one another. Some ideas include hobbies, personality traits, fun memories, inside jokes, dreams or future goals, and places you've been together. The more details you add, the more magical the story becomes.
- What if I'm not satisfied with the printed book?
- We want every customer to be happy with their book. Because each story is created automatically using AI based on the details you provide, we can’t guarantee that everyone will be satisfied with the story itself. If you’re disappointed, please contact us and tell us what went wrong. We’ll review each situation individually and decide how we can best help. - Yes. Children’s Book is one of the story genres you can choose. It uses accessible language, wonder or humor, gentle suspense, and a reassuring ending suited to younger readers.
- Can I order multiple books?
- Yes. You can create multiple different books, add them to the same basket, and order multiple copies. Your basket is saved in this browser, so your books will still be there if you close the page and return later. Shipping fees are adjusted dynamically according to the package’s expected weight.
